Support in coping psychologically

Providing first aid can definitely change your own psyche in the initial period after the event. You may still feel psychologically burdened for days or weeks afterwards. This is perfectly fine after such an extraordinary situation. There is no wrong or right after such experiences. You react normally because what you have experienced is not normal. Especially in the beginning, think about whether you need support and, if so, what kind of support you need and what might have done you good after previous stressful experiences. Give yourself time. Processing such experiences takes time.
